Make the best ‘baked’ pasta you’ve ever had in your microwave! The creamy, cheesy goodness of the dish is balanced out by the bright acid of crushed tomatoes. Heart-healthy ground turkey fills you up with protein to keep you satiated well past mealtime. 


Ingredients
Preparation
  1. In Multipurpose Steamer, place turkey, crushed tomatoes, dip mix, milk, 12 cup Pepper Jack cheese, and sauce mix. Using the Ground Meat Separator, mix thoroughly. Cover and microwave on high for 8 min. 
  2. Meanwhile, add pasta to Multipurpose Pot with boiling water. Cook 5 min (pasta will be undercooked). Drain and set aside. 
  3. When sauce is cooked, stir in pasta. Top with remaining cheese. Cover and microwave on high for 7 min, or until pasta is tender. 
  4. For softer pasta, let rest in steamer for 3 min after microwaving and before removing lid. 
Tips

Don't have Marinara Sauce Mix? Try Italian Seasoning or Pesto Sauce Mix instead.

The longer the cooked pasta rests in the steamer after microwaving, the more tender it gets.
