A refreshing skinny cocktail with antioxidant power.


Ingredients

limes, fresh (pulp and juice)
30
leaves of fresh mint, washed
12 cup
sugar
1 cup
white rum
3 cups
Sencha & Jasmine Green Tea Blend, brewed, chilled
iceberg cubes, prepared
club soda, chilled

Preparation
  1. Juice lime with 2-in-1 Citrus Press. Place lime juice, mint, and sugar into a pitcher.
  2. Using a muddle-stick, mash until the leaves bruise slightly and the flavours release.
  3. Add rum and tea, and stir well.
  4. Add iceburg cubes and top with club soda.
Tips

Elevate the flavours by adding your choice of fresh fruits to the pitcher. Try limes, honey melon, raspberries, strawberries, and even veggies like cucumber or fennel.

Add more club soda to glasses if a lighter drink is desired. Garnish with additional mint leaves and lime slices.
